1. Information we collect
Information you provide
This may include name, email address, company name, contact details, account login information if accounts are enabled, messages, support requests, intake forms, workflow descriptions, prompts, drafts, captions, scripts, creative briefs, media files, images, videos, documents, links, schedules, and other content you upload or create through Mediascout.
If you buy a paid service, billing or transaction information may be handled by a payment processor rather than stored directly by Mediascout.
Information from connected platforms, including TikTok
If you connect a third-party platform account, such as TikTok, we collect and process information allowed by the permissions you approve. Depending on the integration and permissions, this may include your connected account ID, username, display name, profile information, avatar, access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes, permission status, content you ask Mediascout to create or manage, post and publishing status information, platform responses, errors, operational logs, and performance or analytics information if you grant access to it.
We use connected-platform data only to provide the features you request, maintain the integration, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, and comply with law or platform requirements.
You can revoke TikTok or other connected-platform access through the platform's own account settings when available. You can also contact us at privacy@mediascout.online to request disconnection or deletion of connected-platform data we control.
Information collected automatically
When you use Mediascout, we may collect device, browser, IP address, approximate location information, log data such as pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referring pages, error reports, cookie, session, analytics information, and usage data that helps us understand whether the service is working and where users run into problems.
